- is to provide Public awareness creation to rural communities both Public and enterprises sector in relation to National strategy for growth and reduction of poverty (MKUKUTA), Policy reforms and economic development in Tanzania.

• -Strengthen the capacity and competency of small and medium business  entrepreneurship  in Tanzania;
• -Support more efficient and effective linkages between youth  business  groups and  government

-By end of December 2015, to have provided support to 2500 existing youth groups and established national  policies in the form of significant grant funding, Policy Processes and technical services to develop and implement strategies to change policies and regulations in favour of  poor populations in Tanzania
