Shinyanga Foundation Fund (SFF) is the local National Non Governmental organization for profit not making organization which was established in September 02, 1999 in the Ministry of Home affairs Tanzania under Society ordinance of 1954 with certificate of registration No SO 10029 and under Non Governmental Organization  
act of 2002 with certificate of compliance No 1500 of June 15th, 2005 June 15th, 2005 in the Vice president’s office.
The Shinyanga Foundation Fund (SFF) is the organization  formed with eleven founder members and to date has thirty eight active members lead by  Executive committee members  which  consisting  of chairperson, Secretary General, Treasurer and six committee members of mixed gender.
The following are the names of the Executive committee members as were elected by the Annually General Meeting with their position in 2004 for the period of Five years:-
i) Paul Sangija            Chairperson
ii)  Mathiasi Chidama  Secretary General
iii) Christina Macha     Treasurer
iv) Ms Eva Charles      committee member
v) Elisha Kahabi          committee member
vi) Esther Paul             committee member
vii) Raphael Remgoha  committee member
viii) Mussa Kalwinzi     committee member
ix) Anna Kalujo           committee member

Shinyanga foundation fund (SFF)  from the beginning conducted public awareness  on civic education, Health Policy, HIV/AIDS, Economic development and environment  to rural poor  population for both sectors in Tanzania.

A well organized local dancing threatre groups(PUBA) to facilitate awareness raising and advocacy campaign, plays about on civic education, Health Policy, HIV/AIDS, gender balance, Economic development ,Peace keeping and environment  at household which brings the greater successes in activities implementation to rural poor  population in Tanzania.

SFF has skilled and experienced staff to tackle the assignment for developing rural energy awareness creation strategy to rural communities in Tanzania. The beneficiaries of the assignment will be the rural communities of Tanzanian.
